Returns and Complaints
Your satisfaction is important to us. At the same time, we take care to protect the quality and hygiene of our products. Below you will find the terms for withdrawal from the contract, returning goods, and complaints.
1. Withdrawal from the Contract (14 days)
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days from the date of delivery of the goods.

If you wish to withdraw from the contract, please contact us by email at:

We will then provide you with instructions for returning the goods.
The goods must be sent back no later than 14 days from the date of notification of withdrawal from the contract.
2. Condition of Returned Goods
The product may be tested only to the extent necessary to determine its characteristics and functionality, similar to a physical store.
Returned goods must be:
-
undamaged,
-
complete,
-
without signs of use beyond normal testing,
-
in the original packaging (if possible).
Regular use or partial consumption of the product is not considered appropriate testing.
3. Diminished Value of Goods
The consumer is responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from use beyond what is necessary to test them.
We reserve the right to proportionately reduce the refunded amount, especially if the goods are:
-
used or partially consumed,
-
hygienically compromised,
-
damaged or incomplete,
-
returned without the original packaging or with damaged packaging, if the packaging affects the further resale of the product.
If it is not possible to resell the goods as new for hygienic or commercial reasons, the reduction in value may be determined up to 100% of the purchase price.
Every return is assessed individually after its delivery.
4. Hygienically Sealed Products
For health protection reasons, it is not possible to withdraw from the contract for cosmetic products that:

had a protective film, security seal, or other hygienic closure,
-
and this protective element was broken after delivery.
If the protective element is broken, the right to withdraw from the contract expires.
5. Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned goods, we will refund:
-
the purchase price of the goods,
-
the costs of delivery in the amount of the cheapest offered shipping method.
The costs of returning the goods are borne by the customer.
We will return the payment using the same method that was used for the order payment, unless otherwise agreed.
We will process the refund without undue delay, no later than 14 days from the date of delivery of the notice of withdrawal from the contract.
We may wait with the refund until the returned goods are delivered or until proof of their shipment is provided.
6. Complaints (Liability for Defects)
If the delivered goods are damaged or have a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately at:

We process complaints in accordance with the applicable legislation of the Slovak Republic.
7. Returns and Exchanges – Detailed Terms
7.1 Withdrawal from the Contract by the Consumer
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of delivery of the goods.

Goods must be sent complete, including any documentation.
7.2 Cases where Withdrawal from the Contract is not possible
Withdrawal from the contract is not possible particularly in the case of:
-
the provision of a service, if its provision began with the express consent of the consumer,
-
goods or services whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market,
-
goods made to measure or according to the specific requirements of the buyer,
-
goods subject to rapid deterioration or expiration,
-
goods that were inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery,
-
hygienically sealed goods if the protective packaging was broken.
7.3 Withdrawal from the Contract by a Buyer – Entrepreneur
If the buyer is an entrepreneur, the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days does not apply.
In individual cases, an alternative solution may be offered based on the condition of the returned goods and their current value.
The condition of the goods is assessed by the Seller.
If no agreement is reached, the goods will be returned at the buyer’s expense. The Seller is entitled to charge for the costs incurred.
8. Non-delivery of Goods
If the Seller does not deliver the ordered goods within 30 days from the date of conclusion of the contract, unless the parties have agreed otherwise, the Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract.
